Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some of the most frequently asked questions we receive. If you have a specific question you want answered, you may call us at 303.277.1793 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: No. We do not offer delivery at this time only dine-in and pickup.
Q: Can I order online?
A: Yes! Every page on this website has a link to our online ordering system at the top of the page as well as our Facebook page. You may download our Mobile App. Text MANNIEBO to 33733 to download.
Q: How many pizzas should I order to feed X amount of people?
A: Small pizzas feed 1-2 adults, Medium pizzas feed 2-3 adults, Large pizzas feed 3-4 adults. If you are unsure about how much food to order, we're always here to help you!
Q: Why is there a considerable wait for dinner most nights.
A: We are a popular dining establishment, and between our dine-in, pick up, and catering orders, things take a little longer. We work as fast and as hard as we can in our kitchen to get food to your table in a timely manner, however, orders go on the make line as they come in, and on busy nights, this means things will take longer.
Q: Do you take reservations?
A: Yes. However, we have a No Reservation Policy on Fridays and Saturdays and "event" days.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone and then come to dine-in the restaurant?
A: Yes. You may call in your order ahead of time. Please note should you decide to order appetizers upon your arrival, you may get your Pizza or Calzones first. When ordering ahead, we suggest to order your appetizers at that time as well.
NOTE: On special events (50% OFF, Bo's Birthday Bash, etc.) we do NOT take call ahead DINE-IN orders. These events are first come, first serve.
Q: Can you accommodate large parties?
A: Our dining rooms comfortably seat 20, 30, and 60, respectively. We do not have parties in our bar area (children are not permitted in the bar). We're happy to work with you on birthday parties for kids or adults or any other group function or celebration.
Q; Do you offer discounts on large orders?
A: Yes! $2 OFF per pizza or $1 OFF per calzone with a minimum of 5 ordered. Carry out only.
Q: I have a coupon but it expired. May I still use it?
A: No. We do not accept expired coupons. We continually send out coupons via our E-mail club.
Q: May we use more than 1 coupon?
A: Sorry, we have a strict 1 coupon per table/order/person/visit policy.
Q: May I use a coupon I received in the mail when I order online?
